David appeared as Maurice in Pilot Theatre's highly successful production of "Lord of the Flies" 2001-2 tour, winner of the Manchester Evening News Award for "Best Visiting Production". In September 2003, David played Simon in "The Hunters Cut" of Lord of the Flies, which featured as part of the MagicNet European Theatre Festival, hosted by Teatr Obando in Palmela, Portugal.
